Hello and welcome to Fort Fitness, the shed on the hill where exercise is fun!
At Fort Fitness we offer over 30 x 30 min high intensity interval training sessions from Monday to Sunday.
We boast a number of worldwide licensed programs including; Les Mills Grit Strength, Les Mills Grit Athletic, Les Mills Grit Cardio, Les Mills Body Combat as well as Metafit, Metapwr & MetaPro (Pro12 and SAQ) and to top it off we also run Boxing and Yoga.
At the Fort you will not be weighed, pinched, tested or measured. We focus on group exercise in a fun, relaxed and family friendly environment with exercise for intrinsic reasons such as enjoyment and self care being at the top of our priority list.
We cater for all fitness levels from beginners, post natal, returning from injury or a break, right through to the elite.
Over 30 x 30 min high intensity interval sessions & one 1hr yoga session every week.
Our classes are short (maybe not sweet!) but leave you with plenty of time left in your day and an endorphin high that lasts for hours after each session.
We have 11 different session types to choose from with classes before work, after school drop off, lunch time, after work and five sessions to choose from on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
With 3 children under 10 ourselves we couldn't imagine the gym being any other way! KIDS ARE WELCOME and use our secure, gated off kids room during sessions.
The Kids Room has a bathroom, couches, TV, Table Tennis, Foosball table, fresh air ventilation and air con when it's needed.
Kids can see the classes at the gate and are welcome to eat their snacks while you train.
We host regular kids movie nights in the school holidays and encourage our kids from an early age to see the normal in a healthy lifestyle.
