Over 30 x 30 min high intensity interval sessions & one 1hr yoga every week.
Our classes are short (maybe not sweet!) but leave you with plenty of time left in your day and an endorphin high that lasts for hours after each session.
We have 11 different session types to choose from with classes before work, after school drop off, lunch time, after work and five sessions you can attend Saturday or Sunday mornings.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT EXPRESS
Step into our BODYCOMBAT Express 30-minute workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.


LES MILLS GRIT ATHLETIC
Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

LES MILLS GRIT CARDIO
Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

W.O.D (White Board Of Delight)
W.O.D is an exclusive Fort Fitness only workout that you will not experience anywhere else.
WOD is a 30min class that uses a combination of body weight and strength equipment based exercises done at your own pace and in your own working space. WOD is perfect for those wanting to mix up their training, be in control of their session and do something a bit different.


GARRISON
Garrison is an exclusive Fort Fitness only workout that you will not experience anywhere else.
Garrison or GAZZ for short is a 30-minute bootcamp style class that incorporates outdoor stations including tyre flips, tyre drags and running, as well as indoor stations that are a mix of strength and cardio and may or may not include the air assault bike.
Gazz runs every year during daylight savings and is a favourite among our members.


METAPRO
Metapro is from the metafit family. This brand new functional workout is set at a higher intensity to push experienced Metafitters to the next level.
We offer two styles of MetaPro
PRO12 is a 30-minute session that includes a half session of High Intensity weights and half session of next level Metafit body weight workout. Watch the demo here

FORT FIGHT CLUB (FFC)
Fort Fight Club (FFC) is a 30min partner boxing session exclusive to the Fort.
FFC is suitable for all fitness levels and no boxing experience is necessary. Gloves, pads and class partners are provided. Each participant must have their own cotton inners which are available to purchase at the Fort.
FFC incorporates staple boxing patterns with high intensity body weight exercises that will have you sweating and laughing your day away within minutes.


Pilates
Pilates is a 40 minute mat based workout. Pilates incenses mussel strength and tone, particularly in your abs, lower back, hips and butt. Pilates improves posture, decreases pain and is hugely beneficial in preventing injuries.
